Tilrox directors have grown from building small residential projects to current day large commercial projects. Over the years contracts completed by directors have included NSW department of housing construction contracts, NSW Department of Housing Design & Construction contracts, sales and leasing to NSW department of Housing, joint venture private partnerships, construction only projects, private speculative projects.
